Website use

Using this website is conditional on your accepting these terms. By using it you agree to them. Magnetic Screens Company may change these terms at any time, and if you use the website after a change you are agreeing to the version published at that time.

Product availability

If an item you have ordered online is out of stock, we will tell you, and you can ask for a different model, wait for new stock, or ask for a full refund.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Philippine pesos. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges a government agency imposes on a product you order from this website.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery in the Philippines then takes 5 to 7 days. Delivery is free on orders of ₱1,800 or more; under that the delivery option is EXPRESS DELIVERY at ₱750, which you can also choose at any order value. The delivery charge is shown in your cart before you pay. Full details are on our shipping and delivery page.

The information on this website is provided in good faith. We do not promise that it is complete or free of error, and we are not responsible for errors in or omissions from it, except where the law says otherwise.

Product disclaimer

Our products are DIY insect screens, door curtains, swatters and screen parts for domestic and commercial use. A mesh screen is not a security product and not a barrier for a child or a pet. Please check that the size you order suits your window or doorway, and follow the fitting guidance that comes with the product.

Your indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if they are caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

Limits on our liability

We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods it relates to.

If goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund them, with no handling fee.
